guest Reviews
A wonderful experience that is literally off the beaten path! Italy is a special country with a long history, and it’s no surprise there are tourists EVERYWHERE (myself included).
This was a great escape to the nature and history of the region (and country). It was the right balance of physical challenge and rejuvenation. The scenery is breathtaking, and there is a real sense of pride looking down on where you started from a mountain top. Seeing the small villages and seeing their art and drinking their espresso is a unique temoignage to a way of life that is all but forgotten in many places.
Nicola is knowledgeable, patient and kind and has a deep love and respect for his geographical roots. He has travelled a lot and lived abroad which made his insights all the more valuable. I’m so happy I took the chance on this tour, it exceeded my expectations. He offers other tours, and it’s a special way to experience or re-experience this beautiful region of Italy while getting active.
